蝦仁蛋炒飯

 

大家好，我是小梅的媽媽，今天是一個特別的日子，是小梅第一天去學校上學。早上我帶小梅去學校上課，現在，我想要帶你們去市場買一些材料，為小梅準備她最喜歡的料理——蝦仁蛋炒飯。

市場離我家不遠，只有十分鐘，所以我打算走路過去。我穿上一件舒服的外套，帶著我的購物袋和錢包。首先，我需要一些蔬菜。我要買一些新鮮的紅蘿蔔，豌豆和玉米。這些蔬菜讓炒飯看起來更好看，吃起來也更甜。

我也要買兩顆新鮮的雞蛋，這是炒飯最重要的食材之一。我還需要其他的東西: 六隻蝦子，這些食物能讓炒飯更營養也更好吃。小梅很喜歡喝飲料，所以我也要買一些蘋果汁和巧克力牛奶。

回到家後，我開始準備炒飯。我打開爐子，把鍋子加熱，加入一點油，先放進蝦仁，然後再放進雞蛋。接著，我把昨天剩下的白飯加到鍋裡，輕輕地翻炒，讓每一粒米飯都均勻地吸收了蛋的味道。然後，我加入了一些切碎的紅蘿蔔、豌豆和玉米。

最後，我加入一些鹽和黑胡椒，炒飯就做好了。啊!已經快中午十二點了，我得去接小梅放學了! 我快速地走到學校去，小梅已經在門口等我了!

小梅開心地向我跑過來，並告訴我: 「媽媽，今天我交到了好多新朋友!」

回到家後，小梅看見了我準備好的蝦仁蛋炒飯。

「這是你最喜歡的料理，蝦仁蛋炒飯。」我笑著說。

小梅高興地拿起筷子，吃了一大口後說:「好吃！謝謝媽媽!」

Hello everyone, I'm Mei's mom. Today is a special day because it's Mei's first day of school. In the morning, I took Mei to school, and now I'd like to take you to the market to buy some ingredients to prepare her favorite dish - shrimp fried rice.

The market is not far from our house, just ten minutes away, so I plan to walk there. I put on a comfortable coat and grabbed my shopping bag and wallet. First, I need some vegetables. I want to buy some fresh carrots, peas, and corn. These vegetables make the fried rice look better and taste sweeter.

I also need to buy two fresh eggs, which are one of the most important ingredients for fried rice. I also need some other things: six shrimps, which will make the fried rice more nutritious and tasty. Mei loves drinks, so I'll also buy some apple juice and chocolate milk.

After returning home, I started preparing the fried rice. I turned on the stove, heated the pan, added a little oil, and first put in the shrimp, then the eggs. Next, I added the leftover rice from yesterday and gently stir-fried it, allowing each grain of rice to evenly absorb the flavor of the eggs. Then, I added some chopped carrots, peas, and corn.

Finally, I added some salt and black pepper, and the fried rice was ready. Ah! It's almost noon twelve o'clock, I have to go pick up Mei from school! I quickly walked to the school, and Mei was already waiting for me at the gate!

Mei ran happily towards me and told me, "Mom, today I made a lot of new friends!"

After returning home, Mei saw the shrimp fried rice I had prepared.

"What is this?" Mei asked.

"This is your favorite dish, shrimp fried rice," I said with a smile.

Mei happily picked up her chopsticks, took a big bite, and said, "Delicious! Thank you, Mom!"
